Budget statuses

What Draft, In Review, Approved and Archived mean, and what the unmapped count tells you.

Status	Meaning
Draft	Uploaded and processed. Mapping happens here. Use Activate budget to make it live.
In Review	Live: visible across reports and variance analysis, and still editable. Awaiting approval.
Approved	The final plan of record, locked for editing. An approver can reopen it.
Archived	Set aside but not deleted.

The unmapped count

Shown on each sheet tab and on the budgets list: how many line items still have no account. Anything above zero means part of your budget is invisible to variance analysis.
